Shakha is a weekly group where youth and adults come together to participate in activities that nurture the mind, body, and spirit. These include yoga, games, discussions, and learning centered on Hindu culture and philosophy.
Through these activities, participants develop important life skills such as leadership, communication, teamwork, and public speaking, while also learning the values of respecting the environment, serving the community, and maintaining cultural identity in a multicultural world.
